At CWC our process is simple. when we receive a call, message, or online appointment. We speak about the concerns the client is having with the home to give us more insight, then we set an appointment. We call to confirm the appointment the same day we are scheduled prior to heading out. 

We understand that each project has unique requirements. When we come to the property to inspect the home, we have a 9-step guide that we follow to ensure all steps are taken properly for each client. We go inside the home first to check for cracks, soft floor etc. once we take a look, we then will run zip level to check the grade of the home. When we are done with the first process we will go under the home (pier and beam) then we do a full inspection. Water leaks, pier placement, integrity of the bean, joist, sub flooring and we do check for condensation and moisture content. 

once we have inspected your home. We will sit down and go over everything that is going on with your foundation. If you need just a relevel, we will speak about the process price and set a day to come out and level it out with crew. If we do find other things like rioted boards joist or sub flooring, we will speak about the process, why this took place and what can we do to prevent the situation from accruing again. We will have full videos of damages. Once we agree on price, we will set a day.

Depending on the size of the project we will have 3-6 people out on the job. The team will be on the job around 6-8 a.m. depending on the client's preference. they will keep the environment clean and have professional conversations. CWC will find the high point of the house with a water level. The team will find the location to start with depending on weight and how many inches the house is off. We only use 20-ton bottle jacks. All the piers and home are set to be leveled. We do provide videos or before and after, sometimes we will be live.  So you can watch the process.

When the job is complete CWC has a walk-through list that the client and CWC will check off on and sign. and we do have professional house inspectors if you would like. If the home does come with warranty, we will go over this process and receipts.

We do provide warranty on most house. this is a wide scope warranty is more detail upon the job. All new builds that offer come with a 20 year warrany. in-ground piers, hi-bor or ac2 joist with 1 1/8 sub flooring live time limited warranty (inspection and sign off required) ETC... Concrete pillar piers 10-20, helix or metal post 50- 100 year. relevels on pier and beam below 18 inch 6 months. pier and beam above 18 inch, gutters, Matal and concrete shim 3 years. warranty depends packages and drainage issue. please ask for more details.
